Bienville Parish Speeding Ticket Lawyer & Court Guide

By Stephen Babcock

Arcadia is Bienville’s parish seat, but its municipal citation account is separate from the Bienville Sheriff’s parish service. Both offices use Arcadia addresses. That overlap can make a search result look relevant even when it belongs to a different proceeding.

Court and location at a glance

  • Parish seat: Arcadia.
  • District-court reference: 2nd Judicial District Court. The same judicial district also serves Claiborne Parish and Jackson Parish. Each parish still has its own records and hearing instructions.
  • Use the court on the citation: a city, mayor’s, parish or district court may have different procedures. The nearest city and the issuing agency alone do not always identify the correct court.

What matters for a ticket in Bienville Parish

The sheriff’s website directs drivers asking about traffic diversion to the district attorney before payment. That is a reason to review the actual charge and eligibility early, not a promise that every ticket qualifies. Bienville shares the Second Judicial District with Claiborne and Jackson; sharing that district does not transfer a case to either neighboring parish.

For a citation on the Minden–Arcadia–Ruston stretch, see the I-20 speeding ticket guide to identify the local guides on either side of Bienville Parish.

Official resources and local references

These sources identify local offices and court distinctions. Office hours and general calendars do not replace a court notice or establish eligibility for an amendment. Send us the citation for a review of the charge, court and proposed representation.

Have the citation reviewed before choosing a resolution

Send a clear ticket photo and every later notice. Tell us the required date, license state, whether you hold a CDL, and whether you have already paid or appeared. We identify the court and charge, assess an appropriate non-moving amendment or other supported resolution, and explain our work and fee before representation is confirmed. Contacting us alone does not extend a deadline.

Our speeding-ticket fee promise: If we accept your speeding-ticket case and obtain neither a non-moving amendment nor a dismissal, we refund your full attorney’s fee. Court fines and costs are separate. Read what our fee-refund promise covers.
