Non-moving amendment or dismissal—or your attorney’s fee back. If we accept your speeding-ticket case and obtain neither result, we refund your full attorney’s fee. Court fines and costs are separate. Read our fee-refund promise and what representation covers.
What to include
- Your name and the best phone number and email for a response.
- The court, response date and every charge shown on the citation. Tell us if the date has passed or is close.
- Any later court or license notice, and whether you have already paid or entered a plea.
- Your license state and whether you have a commercial driver’s license.
A readable ticket photo is useful. A driver’s-license photo is not needed for the initial review. Do not include a Social Security number or payment-card details in this form.

What happens after you contact us?
Our team reviews the inquiry, requests any missing case information, and explains the available next step and legal fee. Our usual goal is an appropriate amendment to a non-moving violation; the fine and court costs still have to be paid. We explain any appearance or other requirement that remains your responsibility.
Sending a message does not create an attorney-client relationship or extend a deadline. If a response date is approaching, call and identify the date when you speak with our team. Continue to follow the court’s instructions until representation and any change to those instructions are confirmed.
